Before your treatment:
AVOID eating heavy meals the day of your treatment! DO NOT eat for 2 hours before treatment.
DRINK WATER! Drinking water is crucial to aid in the flushing out of broken down fat that is excreted through your lymphatic system.
DO NOT consume caffeine, alcohol or carbonated drinks the day before treatment.
DO NOT wear any lotion or products on the area to be treated.
SHAVE any body hair in the area to be treated.
Please arrive to your appointment in comfortable closes, e.g.: workout/yoga leggings

After your treatment
Do not eat for 2 hours after your treatment.
Continue to drink water is crucial! Stay hydrated with plenty of water to facilitate lymphatic drainage.
Limit your intake of caffeine and carbonated drinks.
Do not consume alcohol for 24 hours.
Do not fast or your body will go into “starvation mode” and become more resistant to releasing stored fat. Instead, speak with your practitioner about healthy diet options and appropriate supplements such as Vitamin B complex that will help the body detox.
Wear a waist trainer or any form of shape-wear after each session can maximize results.
Experiencing swelling itching, discomfort and some pain is normal.
You may see results as early as 2 weeks but do not be discouraged if you do not, as full results can take 1-2 months to realize. The body will continue to excrete fat cells up to 6 months after treatment.

Cancellation Policies:
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations or rescheduled appointments with less than 24 hours of notification will be charged for the session time that was reserved.
Clients who give 2 hours notice or less or miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service.
Late arrivals will receive the best treatment possible within the remaining appointment time; full service charges still apply.
By booking an appointment, all clients are agreeing to this policy.
